On day 2, 3 and 4 November, the CIT will host in its facilities, the philatelic exhibition SEAL THE WORLD, thanks to Artslab.Exhibition open to all parents of the International College Torrequebrada, on day 2 and 3 from 15.30 to 17.00hs. During these days, besides visiting the exhibition, the students of CIT have the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops, coordinated by the Spanish Federation monitors Philatelic Corporation (FESOFI).

Exposure

SEAL THE WORLD is offered as a dual cultural activities completely free of charge and without any commercial interest, sponsored exclusively by the Post and Telegraph, and drawing on the experience of FESOFI Youth Commission since 1992 has campaigned for label promotion involving more than 700,000 schools across the Spanish geography.

The exhibition includes thematic areas. Tour of panels decorated with seals around three nuclei of interest: Sports, Environment and Communication. In this last panel adds a projection screen with content on the label's history and written communication.

a) children's collection. This collection of stamps made by schoolchildren from 6 to eight years in three cabinets and desk type shows the possibilities of the school seal
b) The world of philately. Display windows that are taught in the main branches of philately.
c) Projection: It incorporates a projection screen. Among other content, will be screened audiovisual adaptation of The History of the Post, (Before the seal, to know the seal and postmark philatelic curiosities) established by the Youth Commission FESOFI, with an estimated duration of 15/20 minutes with a
explanation of the written submission, the strata that first used the forms to make their transportation and distribution, the appearance of the seal, the seal influence on society and culture in the use of written communication today.


Virtual Workshops

Intended only to students at the school. Include:

• Educational games on the label's history
• Puzzles
• Preparation of virtual collections from database of stamps and philatelic items, with the possibility of printing and make a contest-exhibition as a cultural activity center
