Terms of use

In order to provide a suitable environment where students can read and study in the best conditions, CIT -through the Librarylab- has estabilshed some internal rules for the use of the library which requiere your attention.

• During 2011/2012 school year the Primary School Library will be attended by members of the Librarylab, while the Secondary & High School library will be attended by school staff. During this time, pupils will be able to visit the library, spend some time there or check out books.
• The book loan system will always requiere each pupils personal CIT card, please make sure you have it.
• The system will permit a loan for a maximum period of 15 days, after which there will be penalties for any delays.
• Damaged books must be replaced if they can not be fixed.

Silent Explorers Club

The Silent Explorers Club -named by the writer Antonio Soler, honorary president of the club- was created to integrate all pupils passionate about reading, to share experiences regarding books read with other colleagues.

The Antonio Soler award, which is awarded each year during the CIT End of School Year Act, is granted to the student who has read, cared and returned the most library books on time. The prize is a CIT GOLD card, that only members of the club have.
