Optimo project – Our Year 7 students are off to Sierra Nevada<\/p>\n
This week, our Year 7 students are away on a trip to Sierra Nevada as part of the Optimo project.<\/p>\n
Although, in previous years the chosen destination has been Candanch\u00fa, CIT has had to adapt to the current situation, without sacrificing the quality and educational commitment of the activities organised.<\/p>\n
The purpose of the Optimo is to integrate sport as an essential complement to education. Sports practice is not only a physical effort, it is also an emotional, social and cognitive challenge.<\/p>\n
That is why it is so important for us to offer our students this experience, a trip where they also develop social skills by sharing a week with their classmates and teachers.<\/p>\n
We can\u2019t wait to see all the pictures and comments on the forum and see how they are enjoying themselves!<\/p>\n
