This week, our Year 7 students will go to Candanch\u00fa<\/a> on a trip that is part of the Optimo project<\/a> – which forms part of our experiential curriculum. After a complicated year in which we had to change the destination for last year’s trip to Sierra Nevada for organizational reasons related to the Covid-19, we can finally return to Candanch\u00fa this year.<\/p>\n The purpose of the Optimo project is to integrate sport as an essential complement to education. Practising sport is not only a physical process, it is also an emotional, social and cognitive challenge.
