Extracurricular Activities
More than fifty activities, on the same campus.
Sport, music, coding, art, theatre and languages, from PYP through to the IB Diploma. This is what a school day looks like once the timetable ends.
Beyond the timetable
The afternoons matter too. Here is where children find what they love.
Some children discover themselves on a football pitch, others in a robotics lab, on a stage or in front of a potter's wheel. Our activities programme exists so that every child has somewhere to go looking, without leaving campus and without a second commute for the family.
- Right after the school day, on the same campus.
- Run by specialist providers and by CIT teachers.
- Five areas: sport, technology, creative arts, performing arts and personal enrichment.
- From PYP1 through to the IB Diploma, with activities for parents too.
- Golf, padel and tennis take place at partner facilities off campus.

Questions families usually ask us.
Where do the activities take place?
+
On campus, in our labs, music rooms, gym, kitchen, courts and pitches, straight after the school day. Golf, padel and tennis are the exception: they take place at partner facilities off campus.
Who runs them?
+
A mix of specialist providers we work with year after year and CIT teachers, depending on the activity. Languages, for example, are taught by our own staff.
Which activities can my child join?
+
Each activity above shows the year groups it is open to, from PYP1 through to the IB Diploma. If you tell us your child's age and interests, we will tell you exactly what is available for them.
How much do they cost?
+
Each activity above shows its price. Most are between 45 and 100 euros per month, billed by term, and six carry a one-off registration fee of between 15 and 36 euros. Send us an enquiry for the ones still to be priced.
Does every activity run every year?
+
The programme is reviewed each year and each group opens once it has enough children signed up. The list above is our 2026/27 offer.
Do we need to choose anything now?
+
Not at all. Activities are chosen once your child has joined CIT. This page is here so you can see what school life looks like while you are getting to know us.
Tell us your child's age and what they love doing, and we will tell you what is waiting for them at CIT.
