As part of the CIT High Employability Programme, our 1st of Baccalaureate students attended a workshop on emotional intelligence led by Sofía Redondo, Learning Experience Manager (LEM) at Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada.
Students have been able to know the results of their FiroB report, on which they have been working during the course in order to know their needs at different levels. The aim of this project is that they learn to manage and recognise both their emotions and the emotions of others, developing self-knowledge and self-leadership skills necessary to face both academic and working life in a decisive way.
In addition, they have learned essential concepts about emotional intelligence in a participation-based environment in which they have been able to share their own experiences and knowledge.
